My work to be displayed in 'The Melbourne Story' at the Melbourne Museum

By Darren Stones

This week I’ve had the pleasure of licensing an image for 10 years to the Melbourne Museum.

The photograph, of the Melbourne city skyline, will be displayed in an audio-visual as part of The Melbourne Story exhibition in the Australia Gallery at the museum from March 20, 2008.

Interestingly, the image was discovered at RedBubble in my portfolio of work.

The exhibition is said to be the largest ever developed by the museum and will present life in Melbourne from the 1830s to the present.

  1. Darren - Congratulations. It looks like a great picture.

If only I lived in Melbourne so I could see the full version. Any idea how big they would blow it up? It would probably look really good if they could make it wall size!

You should also share this at P4P - there might be more forum users that would love to get along and see this shot.
