“A gorgeous autumn morning by Australia’s most talked about river. Just a bit earlier, a fisherman headed downstream in his motorised punt, whilst every so often I saw the the surface of the water broken by a fish. Possibly a trout. Such a peaceful and scenic spot where time passes by, as do tourists in campervans heading for the NSW alps. The Mighty Murray has struggled in recent years due to a lack of rain, but she still retains her beauty and allure. People love her, and so do I.” – Darren Stones
